These two tests are shipped directly to you. The FIT 176 Food Sensitivity panel is a blood spot test, and the GI-MAP, is, well...a stool test. You will receive detailed instructions for collection and shipping and the results are emailed to me. I interpret these labs together and provide you with a summary of your results, as well as a protocol that includes a food list, menu ideas and supplement recommendations. A nutrition consultation via email or Zoom (your preference) to help you understand your results is also included.
